They did and excellent job. Took the old system and installed the new and put the yard back in better shape than it was before. Would recommend them to everyone. Walked us through the whole process. Wes and all of his crew were great

It took a while to get the paperwork completed, however, once they got here they did a great job of getting the old system out and the new one installed. Wes explained the function of the unit and answered all questions thoroughly. Only have had it for a week now, but I'm pleased with what I've seen to this point.

They were prompt to attend to our job. We only had a routine septic tank pumping but they were professional and pleasant to work with. Our technician, Chris, was good to answer my questions and finish the job efficiently. I will use them again.

Chris and Rody was great. Very knowledgeable and just plan nice people. I've had my system for 15 yrs, and they were the 1st to clean out my 3rd tank. Another company just pumped 2 of a 3 tank system, charged me full price for incomplete service. Well, Chris recognized it was 3 tanks and went to work. When he showed me how full it was, I was very happy that he knew what to do and explained everything so I could understand. I'm disappointed with the other company for ripping me off. I'll only use Ballards from now on moving forward. If you need a company for septic problems, I highly recommend this company, July 2020.
