not happy did not empty third tank will not use again

They have not completed our job. They said they needed to wait for rain to do fill-in work and level up. We have now had rain and are waiting for the rest of the clean-up process. We are pleased with everything up to this point. We did have an unexpected problem with electrical hookup. Had to have an electrician put in a new breaker box before hookup was completed. That was an expense that we had not counted on.

Good people that did a good job

Ballards was thorough in their assessment when viewing my yard when making the proposal. They explained what to expect. My yard had preexisting OSSF, French drains and sprinklers. It was a tough job with some surprises which extended length of the job. Very hard working crew, taking best care around landscaping, with great communication along the way. Expect and accept there will be collateral impact along the way if you have tight boundaries, landscaping and unmarked/unknown underground stuff. I am very happy with the result.

Price for pumping septic tank was fair, charge for drive time a bit excessive but came on short notice when no one else could
