From the time they took my check for 1/2 down to the time the work was done and completed was only a matter of a few days. They changed my old failing conventional system to a new 500 gallon per day system and got it connected and working in less than 8 hours. They don t mess around. I never saw one person taking a break. This company is kind and courteous. The price was very reasonable too for all that had to get involved to get it done. Highly recommend Wes and his team. Only problem I had was that their truck leaks oil and left oil spots on my driveway. They do great work and are super nice guys

Jay showed up within hours of me placing a non emergency call for an alarm that wasn't resetting. He is very knowledgeable and since I'm new to septic systems and don't know anything about them he took the time to explain its operation and what maintenance I'm to do as a homeowner. I was so satisfied with the service I hired them for a service contract and highly recommend Ballard's for your septic system needs.
