PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE donâ t be scammed by this company like i was. . They obviously are an extremely low budget company. I paid the required 1/2 of the project BEFORE project startedâ ¦the owner. Wes Lacy, came to my home in person requesting full payment BEFORE project was started. His excuse was he needed the money to cover a check he had written that day. I wish I had demanded a refund of the down payment and asked Mr. Lacy to leave and hired another company. His work is substandard and he will leave your yard looking as if many land mines had exploded. He left concrete chunks scattered around the yard from the old septic tanks he removed PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR YOUR PROPERTY OR YOU. THEY BROKE A WATER LINE WHICH CAUSED MY HOME TO FLOOD AND WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERROR. THE WORJER WHO BROKE THE WATER LINE WAS JESUS. I ALSO HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE REPAIR THE SHEETROCK THAT HAD TO BE REMOVED IN ORDER FOR PLUMBER TO GET TO BREAK WHICH WAS BEHIND THE HOT WATER HEATERâ ¦YOU GUESSED IT THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR THAT EXPENSE EITHER. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE WARY BEFORE YOU ENTRUST YOUR SEPTIC NEEDS TO THIS SCAMMING COMPANY! THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT RECEIVING THEIR MONEY NOT THE WORKING STATUS OF THE AEROBIC SYSTEM I JUST SPENT BIG BUCKS ON. THIS 77 YEAR OLD LADY WITH MOBILITY ISSUES WAS SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY BIG TIME . PLEASE BEWARE AND THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH BALLARD SEPTIC SERVICE AND WES LACY!
