Backcountry Counters contacted me right away after my inquiry and let me know they would do everything g they could to help repair my countertop. Kyle showed up and explained the process to me and worked hard the entire appointment to fix my countertop. He draped and protected the surrounding area and after the job was finished cleaned the surrounding area. He showed me the progress throughout the appointment. Kyle was able to completely repair the countertop. I could not be happier with the job done by Backcountry Counters. I will recommend them and will use them for any future work I have.

Backcountry Counters was excellent to work with. Kyle was professional, on time and very helpful. I had many questions about what could be done with my existing granite countertops. He answered all my questions and explained the pros and cons of granite verses other types of material. I then had Kyle proceed with cleaning and resealing my countertops while he explained each step of the process so that, if I should choose to, I could do the cleaning and sealing myself in the future.

We needed the hole for our kitchen sink recut and the corners on the bar top rounded off. Kyle was an absolute professional and did beautiful work. He did everything we asked him to do and did it perfectly. And he cleaned up afterwards! We would definitely hire him again! I highly recommend this company.
