Reviews
Write a ReviewDid a nice job
Very nice when the sales person came out. Told me it would be six weeks out. After I gave them the deposit on a Friday he said he would call Monday with the project date. I had to call him on Wed. He called back and the proj moved back 4 months after they cashed my check. Then got an email two weeks later pushing it back another month. I called and told them the date they gave did not work. Their response was they were going to put a note on my file. Have a big down payment and Iâ  m not sure the proj will get completed.
Job not complete. Scheduled for June 5th. Answers above do not reflect actual as they haven't started yet. System requires an answer though so I put mid for all
Great experience. They were very knowledgeable and thorough.
Very through job
I haven’t hired yet but I have an appointment mid November. If there price is good after i get an estimate, I will definitely hire. They seem to be very helpful and caring about me as a customer.
After signing the contract the rep called a week later to say he forgot to include the cost of the building permit. The three-day option to cancel had expired. He verbally quoted an additional amount of $430. Yet, the actual permit costs $65. They have not done the work as their scheduling only allows a scheduled appointment during mid-September. The contract was signed during the 3rd week of July. The work has nothing to do with my foundation. Instead, it will be a complete replacement of my sump pump and well.
Evan was very through, explained everything, showed me samples and videos so I completely understood everything.
They are a company that I have used before. They do very good work.
The System Design Specialist (SDS) did not provide all details regarding the project (ie. the use of a jack hammer). On the day the project was to begin, I received a detailed explanation from the project foreman that raised concerns regarding potential damage to the surrounding work area. Because of the detailed project description provided by the project foreman, which was not initially disclosed by the SDS, I cancelled the project and requested a return of my full deposit. Ayers Basement Systems informed me they will not return my deposit
