Reviews
Write a ReviewArranged to have specialist coordinate service with other construction work being done at my house. They said coordinating would be no problem. Then, each person I speak to tells me it's not their job, they don't usually do that, they spoke with the contractor but they're not in charge of scheduling so they can't set anything up. Not a single person had the same story. The specialist called my contractor and I liars when relayed what the scheduler told me. She was the one with the most consistent story. Once I told the. I was going to cancel service because I didn't feel safe with this specialist in my home, I had to speak with yet another department. They told me it would take a week to cancel all the parts of the job, which took 24 hours to initiate. It's now been 10 days, the last update was that it's "processing" and they stopped responding to me last week. The new company reviewed their plan and said it wouldn't have passed code.
They did as expected
Did a nice job
Very nice when the sales person came out. Told me it would be six weeks out. After I gave them the deposit on a Friday he said he would call Monday with the project date. I had to call him on Wed. He called back and the proj moved back 4 months after they cashed my check. Then got an email two weeks later pushing it back another month. I called and told them the date they gave did not work. Their response was they were going to put a note on my file. Have a big down payment and Iâ  m not sure the proj will get completed.
Job not complete. Scheduled for June 5th. Answers above do not reflect actual as they haven't started yet. System requires an answer though so I put mid for all
Great experience. They were very knowledgeable and thorough.
Very through job
I haven’t hired yet but I have an appointment mid November. If there price is good after i get an estimate, I will definitely hire. They seem to be very helpful and caring about me as a customer.
After signing the contract the rep called a week later to say he forgot to include the cost of the building permit. The three-day option to cancel had expired. He verbally quoted an additional amount of $430. Yet, the actual permit costs $65. They have not done the work as their scheduling only allows a scheduled appointment during mid-September. The contract was signed during the 3rd week of July. The work has nothing to do with my foundation. Instead, it will be a complete replacement of my sump pump and well.
Evan was very through, explained everything, showed me samples and videos so I completely understood everything.
