Don and his crew did a fabulous job of replacing our outdoor screen/awning which had been torn apart by a storm earlier in the year. Awnimation gave me a very reasonably priced bid for the work (significantly lower than another local company), and also did the work much more quickly. About two weeks later, his crew installed the screen and it took them less than an hour. What a great job! We're back up and running again and now I know if you're in North Texas, you need to call Awnimation for your screens/awnings. They were that good!

Awning did not display problems I was having when I called for help (of course). Don gave the system a once over and reset the travel. He gave some adivce on the wind sensor. Saved me from buying a new motor. Will call Awnimation back next time I need help.

Excellent product and customer service as well as reasonable pricing, compared to other awning companies. Also, Staff is very knowledgeable about their product. We would highly recommend Animation for any awning projects and would definitely use their services again.

Quick response to inquiry and follow up appointment to diagnose the problem. Although our awning is an older model, they were able to find the parts needed and repair it within a couple of days. Very nice, courteous and a reasonable quote.

At the time we called it was a busy and big week for them. I was told yes we are busy but if it takes working nights or weekend we will get the job done. It took a week when we thought it was going take 2 to 3 .

Wasted our time for three weeks. At first Jason said his email was not working so he couldn't send an estimate. Then it was his phone that was bad so he couldn't get to our office manager. Then crickets for 2 weeks and then says the whole company is tied up and can't do our job. Not sure with this kind of work ethics how Animation has such good reviews. Hope others have had so good luck with them. My business however is 3 weeks late on our project completion. It's unacceptable.

He wasted our time by making us jump through hoops and continuously low balling. Nothing against hairdressers but this one was crazy. I am glad they made the decision not to award us the contract. We have too much good business to deal with crazy and cheap. It is amazing that we have 4 to 5 stars across the board and then this. Some people are socially and business dumb. Thank you Sid B. for not dealing with us. Good luck in business and life in general because you need it.
