We are NOT pleased at all with the customer service. The awning is way to high on the roof. It is 6-7/8" off the roof and 11 3/4" inches from the gutter and it looks odd. All we wanted was for him to come back and lower the awning. He told us for him to come back to our house and make any adjustments it would be a $150.00 an hour and it would take about 4 hours with 4 men. Very unplesant to work with and would never recommend them to anyone. Once he sold the awning and got his money he was done with us. He said he was to busy to stop by and even look at awning that he knows already what it looks like.....

All of this information is a erroneous. We were very explicit in how the awning was to be installed. This customer has embellished the whole reveiw. Firstly, we did go back out to look at the awning. The awning was installed per manufacture specifications. The customer was asking us to alter what is typical. We would have never sent 4 guys out to change what they wanted and we don't charge $150 per hour for our labor charges. We'll let the other hundreds of happy customers speak for Awnimation. I guess there's always one bad apple to spoil the bunch. It never fails, you give someone the deal of a lifetime and it comes back to haunt you.

They beat our expectations. They were out here just immediately that day after we called them- and they came all the way from Grand Prarie, which I though was just very impressive. We also bought a retractable awning from them. We had some existing awnings that needed to be fixed, but because I was so impressed with their service we went ahead and bought a retracable awning. We would definitely use them again. They were absolutely excellent. Thank you.
