Only issue is that the project delivery was delayed from the expected date, but only by about 2 weeks.

Over the phone, contractor sounded confident and knew all he needed to do. Once at my home, he suggested different way of installing, but needed to get different hardware, charged me additional amount (more than necessary). Changed cost dramatically, acted like it was my fault, which it wasn't. Quality was good, but had to run circles to get there. Happy with my sunsetter awning, but next time will call another person. My overall value for the cost is referring to the installation, the awning itself is awesome. I don't believe the additional amount he charged me was appropriate.

This lady had ordered the Sunsetter with the wrong brackets. We were merely trying to install the awning the most professional way we know how. The way she wanted it installed would have resulted in an awning falling and causing injury and possibly death. Not to mention major damages to her house. When we put retractable awnings up, we have to sleep at night. I'll take a bad review over not doing an installation properly any day. She was mad because she had to spend a few more bucks to do it right. I gave her the choice of finding someone else to do it incorrectly or let us do it the right way. Hum, she let us do it correctly. I'm baffled.

We have selected Awnimation. He came out on a Sunday to give us a fair quote. We have not completed the work yet, so i could not give him a full 5 star rating for quality (yet) I would recommend him to my friends.

I had purchased my awning direct from Sunsetter on line and then realized I had no clue how to install it. I checked Service Magic and they recommended Awnimation . they were amazing --even though they did not get the sale for the awing (they were listed on the site as a Sunsetter merchant) they were incredibally courtous and professional and installed it perfect!!! I AM SO HAPPY.I wish I had bought it from them and I would recommend them to anyone. they are fast and GOOD Syd Christen
