"Reyes and his team did an amazing job. The Sheet Rock had to be removed, as it had mold and had to be replaced, the rest of the ceiling had pop corn which had to be scrapped and removed and the ceiling repainted. They gave us a quote on the spot and the date they could start, as well as how many days it will take to complete. They arrived on the date agreed and on time and they got right to work. They covered the walls with plastic from ceiling to floor and made sure everything was well protected. They cleaned after themselves every day and were very responsible. All the other roofers blew me off saying the job was too small. "Geraldo was a pleasure to work with. He installed a concrete pad to expand our driveway and a concrete pad for a storage shed. Both of these projects involved obtaining HOA approval as well as city permits. Geraldo managed the city permits for me in a very timely manner. The concrete work is over a year old now and is in perfect condition with no cracks or sinking. His communication style was very timely and professional. "From the very first contact I found a respect, knowledge and promptness in Danny Hernandez and "Nino" Ramerez. We had an idea of what we needed but Danny's experience helped us get what we really wanted. We were so impressed with all the aspects of his work and professionalism. We hired Danny to install our bathroom floors originally. By the time we were done we had Danny and Nino install marble floors in the baths, wood flooring throughout the remainder of the home as well as a beautiful new fireplace. Every detail of each project was done on time or even ahead of schedule and the results are beyond our expectations. B & D gave us true respect as they worked their magic. The process could have been a nightmare for a grandmother, daughter and small grandkids but instead we hired men with integrity who left our home far better than what we hoped for. We are incredibly grateful and will hire B & D when we get ready to do the kitchen."

"I appreciated I was given a choice on how the work was done. Water from the shower was getting under the bathroom floor. The bathroom was redone 2 years ago. In the shower the new tile was put over the old. The weight cracked the fiberglass shower pan. The choice I was given was I would have to remove the granite shower wall by cutting the sheet rock to replace the pan. That was the correct way. Or bond and seal the fiberglass pan. I went with the bonding. I would definitely use Primo Again."

"Craig was wonderful to work with and listened to our needs and concerns. The grout was brown and stained from the previous owners and the expertise of GroutPower brought it back to the original cream color and then sealed it! It didn't even look like the same floor. The tile in the kitchen and bathrooms were also given the care needed to look new again by Craig's wife. I understand GroutPower is a family business and the pride shines through in the attention to detail , honest quote and on time service.
