They have great experience. Actually showed up early! Two very nice gentlemen did a great job! ... They did a full cleanup of the area. Repainted the ceiling and walls. They left the bedroom in better shape than it was before the damage.

I cannot say enough about A+ Maintenance. They are super easy to work with. They installed and finished drywall for a renovation project at my home. There were some tricky areas that had been damaged during the demolition and they patched them perfectly. My kitchen contractors were also very impressed with their work. I highly recommend them. They were friendly and showed up the same day they were scheduled to. We were up against a deadline and they got the work done on time. Only concerns were the quality of the work was not as professional as I would have liked and they did not really clean up after themselves very well and we had renters coming in the next day. All in all, considering everything, I was satisfied.

It took a while because I ran out of tile and grout. Austin was good about keeping me up to date.

Hardworking , conscientious and honest. Prices very reasonable. And they came when they said they would.

Courteous, hardworking and were available for my schedule. Craftsmanship poor. Did not know how to properly trim for electrical outlets. I had to go back and repair almost all outlets so outlet covers hid end of sheetrock. Installed sheetrock in wrong direction, that is, should go across as many studs or joists as possible. Used too much mud and sanded a lot, versus, little mud and sand little. Maybe in a few years they'll have skills.

Austin and his team were really professional. They communicated clearly with me the process of what to expect. Their price was very fair and they did a phenomenal job! I am so amazed at what they accomplished.
