When it comes to communication, Austin is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. He stayed in contact with me throughout the project with daily updates and always let me know when to expect his team's arrival each day. Each person he assigned to the project was courteous and competent. A+ Maintenance provided drywall & ceiling installation, priming and painting, flooring installation and trim. The team also painted a rooftop dormer on our garage and and repaired the roof after spotting some an area where shingles were missing. Austin himself went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with the final product, returning several extra times of his own accord to add finishing touches for a final result that I am very pleased with. He'll be the first person I call if I need any construction assistance in the future.

After submitting my drywall & painting project needs to Homeadvisor, I was contacted by several contractors who expressed eagerness to submit an estimate. I scheduled appointments with 3 contractors. Only one showed up: A+ Maintenance. I was impressed with Austin's professionalism. I accepted his estimate. The project was completed in a timely manner and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. I will use A+ Maintenance for future drywall and painting projects.
