Austin was great to communicate with. I was very happy with the process.

Austin met with us to conduct a walk through and asks what our thoughts and needs were. He scheduled our sealing and paint needs as quickly as his schedule allowed. We had a unique need for a shellac lacquer primer/sealer. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was fair and honest with his quote. Spencer and Eric were the crew he assigned to us. They met all of our expectations in fine fashion and went above and beyond in their demeanor, promptness and ability to foresee what we as consumers might not see. We plan on hiring A+ again in the near future to replace the grout in our kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you Austin.

Working with Austin and his team was a breeze. They were able to smooth our ceilings quickly and with excellent quality. Spencer went above and beyond with keeping us informed of the progress and helping put the finishing touches on the work. Austin, the owner, is a young, enthusiastic man that loves his work. It showed in everything he did. From talking with me about the job, to completing and cleaning up. He had to adjust as a few problems cropped up, but he handled them easily. His staff were as dedicated as he. I was most pleased with the team and the finished work.

I live in Colorado and own a house in Oak Ridge making this a long distance contracting job which included some twists and turns like a double layer drywall ceiling. Through it all Austin and his crew did great work from start to finish. Communication was easy and responsive. I would strongly recommend A+ Maintenance for any work you need to get done. The quality of the finishing of the drywall was poor. You can see the joints. Some are low, you can see the tape, some are high, you can see lumps. Looks really bad at night when shadows are cast on it my lighting. Austin did come back to try to correct the issue, but he could not. During this time, he also did not cover items in the house, therefore, there was drywall dust everywhere.

They worked very hard and made sure the job got done on time. The job was exactly what we wanted and they were very thoughtful and cleaned up after themselves. They even put our trim back in place efficiently, completely the room in record time. We highly recommend them!
