If you are looking for a pool builder in Jax, I highly recommend you consider A&S. I got quotes from all three major pool builders in Jax, and A&S provided the best value in their quote. Many reviews highlight Jeremy Siebert and they are right on the money. Jeremy is the sole reason I picked A&S over Premier Pools. I got both companies to the same price point through negotiations, but Jeremy's customer service was the reason I selected A&S. Jeremy easily spent 14 hours during three different visits, to my home, working to design our pool. No one else would spend that kind of time or effort with no charge. As far as people's comments around subcontracting the work out, that is correct. But, they utilize the same subcontractors for every pool, so their relationships with them are solid and doesn't impact the quality of the work as they have to produce to the blueprint and A&S corporate quality guidelines. The subcontractors I found to be very skilled in their trades. Anytime we noticed an issue or had a concern with the quality of the work, it was addressed to our satisfaction. The Project Managers, Tommy Slattery and David Geiger, were very good at communicating. They always responded to texts, and were quick to call with updates or to address our concerns. I did a lot of extras outside of the pool to re-do the whole backyard. Because of this, I needed to coordinate a lot of work in parallel with work going on with the pool. The A&S team worked great to support my overall project, and not just focus on their piece of the pool. Premier Pools and Kerry Martin Builders were either more expensive or didn't offer the same quality in the warranties, pool equipment, or plaster through Temp Pool. My background is in engineering, and I am extremely detail oriented and a perfectionist to a certain extent. I had very high expectations with the investment put into my backyard, and the picture doesn't do it justice. A&S delivered a beautiful product!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with Anthony & Sylvan Pools, especially their pool designer, Jeremy Siebert and their project manager, David Geiger. We are first time (nervous and building remotely!) pool owners and they were both always ready and responsive to help us. From making many adjustments to the pool design, to answering endless questions about materials (including getting us samples so we could match to other hardscape items in the yard), maintenance costs, warranties, etc., Jeremy proved himself to be an invaluable and highly informative guide from design to completion. David showed up EVERY SINGLE DAY of the project, got ahead of any issues, handled all logistics and scheduling expertly and sent a daily progress report with pictures so we could follow along as each phase was completed. To say that he went above and beyond on so many counts would be an understatement. Our pool was built within the specified price, with no surprise charges, ahead of schedule and is absolutely gorgeous! Their warranties are excellent and unrivaled based on our year-long research of other pool builders in the area. We recommend Anthony & Sylvan Pools for every aspect of planning, designing, building and maintaining a first-class pool. This team loves what they do and it shows in our new pool! Once the build started, communication was easy and prompt. David did a great job keeping me updated throughout each phase of the build. Overall I’m very satisfied with my pool and spa.. I love spending time in my backyard and hosting friends and family !

Incredible Company! Anthony and Sylvan pools, Jacksonville FL division are unmatched!! Every promise made was delivered. When everyone else takes 6+ months to complete a pool these guys get it done 30-40 days despite 2 hurricanes and a two week rainstorm! The quality and finish of the pool are exceptional. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone from Jeremy in sales, David and Sean our PMs and Tommy our construction manager were so easy to work with and responsive at every turn! So happy we went with them when considering such a large project. Incredible value all the way around! Call them!!

They are great at what they do efficient. From the very first meeting when we designed pool to when contract was signed, they excelled with every part of their process. We were kept well informed as to every stage of work being performed. Every crew showed up and got their job done. The pool was being filled on the 45th day. Amazing job and follow up. If you are looking for a pool, give them a call. I am sure you will be thoroughly impressed.

Excellent Job

This is my second pool build in the last 4 years and I decided to go with a different company than the last big national chain company I used last time. All I can say is WOW. Knowing what to expect going in to the project I figured I would have to deal with a long process and months of waiting on contractors to show up and put in a full days worth of work. Instead what I got was great communication from Thommy and his team. I decided to go with them after finding out that they use other local businesses specifically Call the Screen Guys which was the only pleasant experience I had from the previous builder I used. My last experience had almost zero communication. This time around I heard from either Thommy, Jeremy, Shawn and David multiple times a week with the progress or what to be expecting next. The pool came out perfectly and even with multiple weather delays and setbacks, the pool was getting filled 56 days after the start of the construction. The customer service and the entire experience made it all worth it and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to creat their dream backyard!!!

A long time ago.

Anthony & Sylvan created a beautiful pool/spa for me with all the bells & whistles. The space available was relatively small but they managed to make it work for us. We built during 2022-23 and help was not easy to come by with the contractors so there were some long delays in between ateps of the process. The inly other con was having to follow-up with A&S after some contractors left my place pretty sloppy, They always took care of it for me.
