Anthony & Sylvan Pools

We chose Anthony & Sylvan pools because they are a national company who has been building pools for years. And because they guarantee the gunite pool shell for life. We were not disappointed. Tom Slattery, the onsite construction manager made the process smooth. He kept us informed what was going to be happening. He was very patient with all of our questions and answered them all. Also a shout out to Jeremy Siebert who designed a beautiful pool for us. In the end we love our pool and would recommend Anthony & Sylvan to anyone looking to build a pool.

We highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan install our Gunite inground pool. Everything went smoothly even during a Hurricane. The team, sales, construction manager and project manager were there during each phase, weekly checks, and always responded to our calls and text the same day. The project from start to finish was 35 days. For 30 days after completion they maintained the pool, make sure water ph / acid levels were maintained. We absolutely love our pool.

Construction of in ground gunite pool with paver deck went excellent! From first shovel in the ground to water in the pool took 44 days. Project manager Tommy was on top of communication and ensured all subcontractors provided the highest quality workmanship. Highly recommend this company.

We chose Anthony and Sylvan for our gunite pool build and so happy we did! The process took about (5) months from start to finish. The project manager Tom Slattery made sure we notified immediately of any issues that arised and kept the subs accountable. Highly recommend for any new pool builds, you won't regret it.

Brian Reaves is my service technician and does an excellent job each week keeping my pool clean and chemically balanced. Brian is very personable and conscientious and takes great pride in his work.

Overall 5 star rating. One person was not good. The scheduler - Bianca. -She was terrible with communication. I would leave many messages for her, and she would never call back. The Customer Manager was awesome. He called back right away, and answered all of our questions. All of the others were very kind and trustworthy. I was never afraid to leave them alone to do the work. The company has wonderful people and workers. Scheduler Bianca never called to let us know when the pool would be inspected or when it actually was inspected. It failed inspection. The issues were corrected last week. Again - the other scheduler was very good, however Bianca never contacted us at all about anything that we asked for.
