I think he did not follow up, there is no customer satisfaction. Some of my floor wood starting to came of after 3 month of installation. I tried to have it fixed numerous time. He keep on making excuse each time. For the reason I have someone else fixe what he was paid for and keep giving excuses I am very disappointed.

I reached out to Juan because of the reviews and am so happy I selected his company to replace the flooring on our staircase. He and his team were very professional, attentive to details and respectful of our community's HOA rules. The price quoted was very fair (I had four other companies bid). You could tell that they take pride in their work. They took their time to do it super well. Every time I look at my new stairs, I can't help but smile.
