From start to finish Ehab was a pro. Took the time to listen to my concerns, was very communicative throughout the whole process and far exceeded my turn around time to draw up my plans and get them submitted to my city planners. Ehabe was also on time for all meetings.

We were selling our home and had a home inspector tell us that we needed a structural engineer to look at a beam in our attic. We were fortunate to find Mr. Mina at Alpha Omega, who immediately scheduled a same-day appointment and did the inspection. He explained what he did and discussed his recommendations with us. We appreciated that he took the time to ensure we understood what needed to be done. He made a difficult situation more bearable. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a professional structural engineer.

Ehad prepared structural plans to enlarge the kitchen entry door. Since this was a load bearing wall the structural plans was submitted to the county for a permit. Permit was granted. Would recommend his services and price.

Over the past several months, we have had various cracks in the ceiling appear. We decided to hire a structural engineer to do an evaluation to determine the cause, before the situation continued. Ehab was able to come out the same day I called--I was working from home, so this was very convenient for me. Ehab has extremely professional, took his time to evaluate the situation and was very patient in explaining to me what the issues/options were. We were relieved to learn that it was not as bad as we thought and we now have options to move forward to prevent further cracks. His rate was extremely reasonable and well worth the knowledge of what we had going on. I would recommend Alpha Omega without reservation! I would give 10 stars, if available!
