It was great to work with Martin. This was my first rental and Martin did the rental/ lead inspection. Martin was so patient with my million questions and always responded to all my calls/ texts quickly. He is very helpful and ensured the house was up to code. Working with Martin put me at easy. Also his prices were reasonable as an added bonus. I would recommend working with with Martin and will continue seeking his help for future inspections.

Martin was extremely helpful. He did our rental inspection for us. It was the first time we have ever rented and he walked us through what the next steps we needed to take in order to get everything for our rental. I would definitely recommend this company!

Martin is a great businessman and an extremely useful resource. His knowledge of property comes from years of experience, he is not shy about being honest, and is willing to talk through things you are unfamiliar with. The final inspection report emailed as a PDF is very thorough and a great guide to keep around so that you can know what might need to be fixed at some point in the future. He is friendly, great to work with, and very willing to offer suggestions without coming across as trying to upsell. Would recommend to anyone!

Martin was punctual. He was on the roof shortly after arrival which was very impressive for me as I have seen other inspectors using some type of gadget to inspect, and without going up on, the roof. He did a thorough inspection of the entire house and his quick and comprehensive report was really outstanding. In one word, he is the true definition of a highly professional home inspector. I used Ally Home Inspection for a new home that I purchased. My inspector, Martin, was extremely thorough and meticulous. Not to mention, he was very kind and courteous.
