Martin did an absolutely superb job with the home inspection. The house in question was a two-unit multifamily, and he inspected the whole property with a fine-tooth comb. Teeth so fine, they'd make a Dentist jealous! At one point, he even took one for the team by hooking up the Sump Pump only to discover the piping wasn't completely sealed by the prior owners. Unfortunately, this unexpected shower was near the beginning of the inspection and not a reward at the end of the inspection to cool off. Regardless, he continued on and wasn't afraid to crawl into any space requested, nor did he nickel and dime for navigating to certain areas that other companies wouldn't hesitate to tack on $30-$50 extra for the trouble. He was truly, a gentlemen, a scholar, and a great judge of fine inspections!
