Martin did an excellent job with the inspection. I was able to ask questions throughout the inspection if I had a particular concern. He took his time, provided thorough notes, pictures and feedback. Martin Kidd of Ally Home Inspection is as professional as they come. Very reasonable pricing with exceptional work. Martin took his time with the inspection, making sure that he inspected EVERYTHING from top to bottom. The reports are also very detailed which is very important when you are getting ready to make one of the biggest transactions in your life. Martin's work and reports made me feel better about the property than before simply because I know what issues there are and what issues might come up later down the road. I would 100% recommend Martin and plan on utilizing additional services in the future that he offers as well.

If you need your home inspected especially before you close on your new home, it is imperative you contact a professional like Martin who inspects EVERYTHING very thoroughly. Martin Kidd of Ally Home Inspection is very thorough, he has a very pleasant demeanor in dealing with his customers specially for a first time rental property owner like me. He listed the things that i need to do for my property in preparation for the rental license application. The home inspection fee was minimal for the services and the knowledge that he rendered and shared. He took his time inspecting and did not rush. He is worth recommending.
