Write a ReviewStraightforward pricing. Came the same day!
I was quoted $150 by Ron. The company owner. He never mentioned it could be more than that. When the cleaner came out, he informed me it would be at least $250. I am still waiting on a final price. Ron and I discussed the work before the appt. I feel like it was a bait and switch. The deck is mostly clean, but there are still a lot of dirt stains on it. Not nearly as clean as the company our HOA sets up for us to hire each spring. The company was not available due to the Covid-19 outbreak That company costs a lot less. $75 at the most. I wanted to be able to use my deck this summer, but I am really frustrated with what may be the final cost. Hopefully, our HOA cleaners will be back next year.
Sorry Wendy, I told you that we have a $150.00 minimum to come out to do any job and that it sounds like it would be around that price and possible a little more. When my worker arrived it turned out to be a bigger project than what I interpreted from our conversation. I also tell all potential customers that if they don't like the price there is no obligation to do the work. As far as dirt stains on your deck, we do the best we can to clean everything but stains do not usually come up. It may be time to repaint. I also wanted to touch base on the $75.00 charge you say the company that does the properties spring cleaning. We can also charge a cheaper price when we are already on a large complex for a day or several days but you need to take in account that we are coming out to do one small job so the cost goes up as we have travel and set up time involved. I am sure if you contacted them just to do your property alone, they would not do it for $75.00. I have been in business for 33 years now and have hundreds of satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied, please feel free to call me directly to discuss. 425-746-4829. Thanks, Ron
Pleasant, on time good work
I found this company on website to clean exterior windows in May 2019. On the date of the exterior window cleaning May 7, 2019, the technician arrived on-site but did not leave an invoice, nor did I notice any significant difference due to the cleaning. I assumed that the they did not show up for the appointment and hired a window cleaning company to clean the interior and exterior windows on July 18th. The cleaning was significant and noticeable. On July 23rd I received a text from Ron from All Pro Services requesting payment for work performed on May 7th, 2019. I explained to Ron that an invoice was not received and that I had my windows cleaned by another company. I asked the other window cleaning company his professional opinion if the exterior windows could have been cleaned, two months ago. His response was that certain segments of the exterior windows required a razor blade to scape of the scum and that it did not appear that the windows were adequately cleaned. I told Ron of All Pro Services that his work was not satisfactory and that I would not pay his company for his services. On August 15, 2019 I received a notice of collection on behalf of All Pro Services for window cleaning services rendered. The work product and their business practice are not professional.
Kevin, you hired our company to come out and clean your windows(exterior only)on May 7, 2019. You said you would be out of town so just go ahead and leave an invoice by the front door, in which my worker did(perhaps it blew away?). July came and I never received payment so I reached out to you to find out about payment. You said you did not believe we did the window cleaning as you found no invoice so instead of calling our company to find out if we were out there or not, you just decided to hire another company. Not sure if you know this or not but when you hire a company to do work for you and you are not satisfied, by law, you need to contact that company and give them a chance to rectify any problems(which you did not do). Secondly, when you hired the other company to re-clean the windows, you had them do the interior and exterior and we only did the exterior so of course, you are going to notice a difference. You sent me the text message your other window cleaner sent you and this is exactly what it says because I still have it on my phone: "I do remember that the inside of your windows was probably worse than the outside there". So my question is, why are your inside windows worse than your outside? I think that pretty much sums up the answer. Because we already cleaned the outside windows. I also sent you a snapshot of the GPS in the van showing you that we were there and for how long we were there. I am truly sorry that we both went through this but I believe this whole thing could have been avoided if you just would have called or emailed the company to find out what happened to your appointment. Thanks, Ron.
Very professional. Quick to respond. Overall did a great job!
From start to finish, All Pro was very professional to work with and our windows look amazing! We will definitely be hiring them again!
They were very prompt and even worked on Saturday due to double booking on Friday by HomeAdvisor. Did a great job on our very dirty outside windows and sills.
They were very professional and they did a great job. We are extremely happy.
