Stay away!!! I wont recommend hiring this company but if you do, please make sure you are right there while they do the job. Please DO NOT take their word you dont need to be there for my guy to do the work cause they wont do it right. And they will try to charge you $150 more to come back and do it right.

This is a condominium that you(Em J)were previously renting(it was vacant when we did the work) and you wanted to clean it up to put it on the market. We came out, gave you an estimate to pressure wash the deck and did the pressure washing as per our agreement the following day. The next day you went there and took photos of stains and spray paint on your deck and sent them to me saying my worker did a horrible job. I replied that those were stains in the photo and that stains will not be removed by pressure washing. I told you that you would have to repaint those areas if you wanted them to look better. You did not agree with me and you insisted we come back and re-pressure wash. I told you if we come back and re-pressure wash and those stains do not come out, then there was going to be $150.00 plus tax minimum fee charge. I have been in the industry for 35 years now and I know those stains will not come out. I think it's only fair to repay us if you want us to waste our time. I'm sorry our pressure washing does not produce miracles. I always stand behind our work 100% and will fix anything within reason. This was a unreasonable request. Thanks, Ron.(I wish I could post the photos you sent me on here. You can clearly see that someone spray painted something with out putting anything under it to keep the overspray from staining the deck.)
