Rich and his team are amazing. We needed a quick turnaround for our home in Pensacola, FL and that is exactly what we got. We gave him our timeline of 3 weeks and install was done 9 days later. For us, this never happens so you can imagine how thrilled we were. Rates were very reasonable as well. Thank you Rich and team for giving us an outstanding experience.

Rich and his team did n amazing job. We needed our pool liner replaced, due to unforeseen damage from Hurricane Sally. Rich was prompt, and gave us a very fair price for a new pool liner and installation, and a conversion to a salt water system. . As soon as the liner arrived, the crew was there to do the work. Other contracters never even returned our calls. Surprise!! The pool liner had been compromised, and water had traveled under the floor The result was, that when the old liner was removed, it caused the entire floor and sloping walls in the deep end to literally explode upwards. It looked like a bomb had hit it. Rich assured us they could fix it. Obviously, the final bill was more, but considering the hard work involved, in 98 degree heat, and the extra hours require to redo the entire floor, we were very happy with the final result. The liner looks great! It fits perfectly, due to the the precise measurements taken. Rich, his family and team, were very prompt and professional throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend All Pools for any pool related jobs.

All Pools, Inc. is a 5 star company from start to finish. They have truly honored their name - All Pools - as our pool was the in-ground pool job not a single Pensacola pool company would touch. Rich was able to take the job on, he informed us of what would be required to repair the huge in-ground pool which had serious structural damage, drain issues, a myriad of obstacles to overcome. He gave us a reasonable price for the work it would require. We could tell that Rich knew what he was talking about; explaining everything for us. There are not adequate words in the English language to express our gratitude to Rich and his team at All Pools. They are bar none the best in the business. After the job was completed they cleaned up the entire area and hauled it away. The liner installation was par excellence. They installed the liner without a single crease; not one wrinkle. The entire pools surface is perfectly smooth, the corners are beautiful, it is above and beyond what we dreamed it could be. We highly recommend All Pools.

Overall an excellent experience. The team was courteous and fast working. Rich was very fair and reasonable. Our liner showed up with holes in it and he worked with the supplier to provide a fair discount and guarantee for the repair work. The order said they would make a chemical adjustment once installed and full, but I did not realize that did not include salt. They also painted the coping, but did so the morning they came to remove the old liner. The paint job was scratched all over as they removed the old liner and installed the new. I'd have them come repaint at least a week before the liner replacement to give time for the paint to set. I would use them again...

Rich and the team was fantastic to work with. We shopped around and All Pools was both more honest and straight-forward about pricing, and the liner quality available was higher. They went beyond just a liner replacement and helped solve a piping issue and fixed the light. They wanted to make sure the family could enjoy it for years to come. They are not just about the money. For pool problems they will give you multiple options. Explain the pros and cons and what they would do if it was their pool. They don't just jump to the most expensive option if it's not absolutely required. Just as fantastic, depending on the project and if you are handy, They will explains things you can do to help prep and reduce the overall cost. Just a great team to work with. Highly recommend.
