All Pools replaced our pool liner January 22, 2026. We wanted a change from white to something dark. We had no idea of how the process would go, the cost, or how long it would take. I did my homework, got three easements, and called Rich back. We are extremely happy with the pool. Rich was very knowledgeable, answered every question, and very respectful of our time and property. His crewmen were the very same way. It was a pleasure to have them install for us, and under Rich's advice for the best liner, we could not be happier. Rich came within 24 hours measured my pool and in 2.5 weeks it was installed, his son and co-workers were very skilled and took their time to do it right the first time

Yes the job was done very satisfying him and his crew didn't excellent job he came out when he said he was It's beautiful I love my liner I picked all pools because of his ratings it's hard to find Good Help in Pensacola

I needed my pool liner replaced in 2021. I contacted All Pools in January and after much back and forth, someone (Rich?) came out and took some measurements. We agreed on a price and he ordered the liner. I didn?t hear back from him for several weeks and when he finally responded he stated that the liner was delayed at the factory. The delays went on and on. I don?t have the date the installation was started but I see my texts in May asking about when he would begin. They finally came out and did the installation but didn?t actually complete the work. The liner had a couple of places that were not in the track (see pictures), the light was covered over, a couple of other things. He (Rich) stated he would come back when the parts came in for the light and take care of the other items. He never came back. I ordered the thicker liner but it looks thinner than my original. There is now a wide, dark colored substance around where the floor meets the walls, maybe glue. Now need a new liner.

Rich & his crew were very efficient, on time & reasonably priced. He was able to easily figure out an unexpexted pool drainage problem. We recommend All Pools highly! Thanks Rich, Sue & Rick

Rich gave us a reasonable estimate and was very positive about his expected results, which is why we chose him after consulting multiple vendors and gathering estimates. His crew is extremely hardworking, kind and respectful; they know exactly what to do and they are fast once the liner arrives. I do recommend you make sure to determine the maximum possible costs for adding wellpoints just in case they can't be found. I also recommend that if they don't locate them, insist that Rich comes out to search (he did ultimately find ours after the crew and I could not). All in all this liner replacement project was a great experience. Our pool looks brand new and very smooth and we highly recommend Rich and crew from All Pools Dunrite!
