All in One Heating and AC Services

I had used all in one in Jan 2017. I got a hiller quote before I called all in one . The qoute was for a blower motor. After paying them75$ which didn't even go toward repairs, I chose all in one. Travis came that same day on time. He fixed my problem for about a third of what hiller quoted me. When my heat went out again this March, I of course called Travis again. He was supposed to be here at 11am. About 1030 I get a call and he tells me his other job ran over and he would be here by noon. And he was. Really appreciated the heads up he was gonna be late and not leave me hanging. Travis is very professional, courteous, and prompt, and the most important honest. I would recommend all in one to anybody that needs any kind of hvac service. Wish I could give him 10 stars! A very satisfied customer here

Three other local companies were also consulted and could not fix heater. All 3 recommended expensive (very), replacement. All N 1 came out, found the issue and repaired for an extremely reasonable cost. I will use them again. I was impressed by their honesty and integrity. Highly recommended.

I call Travis at All in One because his high ratings and I'm glad I did. Every summer for four years I replaced my coolant because of a leak no one was able to find. In june of this year I filled it up and was planning on that lasting me the summer with plans of replacing the unit next year but it ran out two months later. I figured the best i could do was get several quotes before making such a big purchase. Travis was the fifth contractor to look at the unit this year, but was the ONLY one to take the time to see if there was another solution. He found the problem and fixed it at a fraction of the cost a new unit would have been. I highly recommend calling him, I wish i had called him four years ago.

Asked a lot of questions to understand the issue. Got out same day and got my heat working. Unbelievable value!

The heat was out at my rental property and Travis called me back right away.I told him I had a couple living there with a newborn baby and he was there within 2 hours of talking to him. He had to change 2 parts and got it done quick at a very reasonable price. He just happened to be in the same area the next day and checked on the hvac system and saw it was still freezing up even before the renters realized it. He called me right away and he had to go to Nashville to get the part and got it fixed the next day.He also wanted me to come by so he could show everything to me. I can't say enough good things about this man. I've used 2 of the major hvac companies in Murfreesboro before and had rude, very expensive people work on it before and one of them rigged it to get me by til he could come back to fix it and 10 years later he still hasn't shown up. All in One is the last hvac company I will ever need. Very nice, honest, reasonable and actually cares! Kept me informed the whole time!

Travis was awesome to work with. Great communicator. Explained things in a way I'd understand since I'm not an HVAC guy. Reviewed my requests and provided options. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area as they found it. I will have Travis back in the near future for a mini-split install.
