The work was well done but had too many workers which ran up the price, I am sure. With all those guys working it should have been completed in two days. It has been dragging out for weeks with minor things still lacking. Few workers could speak English which added to the problem. I reminded them daily about the minor things that needed to be done but they either did not understand me or ignored me. I have had two appointments to fix the minor things that ended in no-show. As a senior citizen it will be difficult for me to do the minor things, but it looks as though I will have to handle them myself. They are all nice guys but are not detail minded.

I talked to the owner to make an appointment. I made it clear to him that I wanted an estimate. The workman showed up and started to do the work. He said doing an estimate was news to him. After inspecting the job and discussing it a bit both my wife and I heard him say: about 2 hours at $100/hr. Since he was there I figured that he might as well do the work. The owner called and asked if I authorized the work, I said yes (based on my understanding of the time and rate the workman told me). At one point the workman disappeared. I called the owner. He said the guy was at the supply house. It would have been nice if he told me. When he was done the invoice was for 4.5hr, and the labor rate was not $100, but it was $150/hr. In a follow up with the owner he claimed he told me the rate on the phone. I gave him another chance to rectify matters. He did not respond. Overall, for several reasons, seen above, I would not recommend using this service.

They were over an hour late then when they did show up the guy had to leave again to go get supplies, why he came without supplies in the first place I have no clue. Also the job itself took at most 20 minutes but I was charged for an entire hour & since he was over an hour late I felt some type of compensation should have been extended.
