Wanted to give a local company a chance- gave them a lot of chances. Job could not be completed in time. Communication was subpar, always later than planned and lots of clean up on customer part

He was not prepared. He arrived as at 9:00 am. He had to leave to go purchase the grab bar. That took almost 35 minutes. He realized he needed a part for his tool that he could not find in his truck. He had to leave again to go to purchase the parts. That took almost 40 minutes. He installed the grab; however, rings on the end were never properly attached.
