The replacement of the vinyl siding was excellent job.. that I can tell so far. Did not repair siding on house as stated in invoice. Light fixture painting is uneven with numerous prominent brush strokes. Window grid are showing steel frame. Needs another coat of paint. Sent text to owner with pictures of tech s work on 9/4/24. Owner Replied that he would call me. No return call. I called and spoke with owner the next day, 9/5/24. Requested that tech come back out to redo work. Stated that I would have to pay $125/hr to redo work and apply a second coat of paint. I replied that I could understand about paying for another second coat of paint but not to repaint light fixtures. He said it would take another 2-3 hours of work. He stated that the light fixture has a rough surface. When removing items from the detached garage, I noticed that paint was peeling off the door frame. According to the invoice the door frame was sanded. Instead it appears that the area was not painted or painted over cracked paint (see photo). Sent email to owner, (name Removed) on 9/16/24. Did not receive a reply. Still waiting for a return call.

Response from Company:

We did everything asked of us in the contract and was paid in full for the job. Customer then came after the fact for additional coats of paint on exterior fixture and door and window for painting I simply stated absolutely we can return for those coats. We can put a third and even fourth coat if need be, but material and time will be charged Customer wished to not pay anything further We were on a time plus material setup while on her job schedule
