Alex walked us through the quote, my spouse having Alzheimer’s needed the patience and time to communicate with Alex. A kind and respectful man. Crew always arrived on time, always cleaned up at end of the day. Each phase of the pool remodel was performed by an experienced and professional team. Finale phase was the plaster. My 1960’s pool now looks awesome 😊

After 24 years my pool was cracked and leaking. Alex and his guys tore it completely down and meticulously put it back together. I went with this company because of his reviews and was not let down. My pool is sparkling new.

Alex submitted 1 of 3 proposals to repair my jacuzzi and replaster. His proposal was in the middle, but I awarded Shell the contract based upon his job walk noting issues, potential concealed damage and his demeanor. Alex’s team during demolition found additional structural damage which was concealed but had to be repaired. He submitted a very reasonable Change Order Request which I approve and was completed on schedule. The project was completed on schedule excepting rain days and on budget I have been an acute Hospital Engineering project manager for 30+ years and learned how to evaluate contractors. Most importantly I have found that the paramount factor in Contractor Vs Owner relationships is when scope changes which extends time & $ impacts.
