Alex Shell Sea Pools and crew were awesome. Alex gave us the dates for demo and plaster and his crew were early, set up and started at the proper time. They were polite and knew what they were doing. They were efficient and cleaned up after each part of the job. We are so happy with Alex Shell Sea Pools. They did an awesome job on our pool replaster. It’s beautiful.

These reviews have to be fake. My parents hired this company for a pool remodel back in April and the crew has only been out twice and left a mess behind. There has been next to no communication, excuse after excuse. He was responsive when he was trying to book the job then got his deposit and it?s been crickets since then. Its now June, no work is done, and the job is far from complete with no end in site and zero updates on completion date. His crew didn?t bring a wheelbarrow and left a pile of debris behind and it?s been sitting there for weeks. We have placed numerous calls and texts and it is practically impossible to get any contact with ?Alex?. They were finally supposed to meet with him today and surprise? he cancelled at the last minute and when asked to reschedule for later no response. GHOSTED! I have 60k followers on social media and am about to blast this terrible business. All these positive reviews citing excellent communication and cleanliness must be fake!
