My pool was in desperate need of repair from years of leaks, erosion, inefficient return line, cracked tiles and crumbling plaster. Alex responded to my quote request immediately.. He was extremely helpful in explaining what was needed and he was very informative! I was surprised and very grateful that the project was started within a few days. From the start of the demo to the final day of plastering each and every staff member was hardworking, very thorough, polite and respectful. Before they left each day, they cleaned up the pool deck and surrounding area. Even though we dealt with a few days of rain, the project ended on time which was incredible. My pool looks amazing!! I now have the required three return lines, my steps were fixed which will make my older family members happy and my pool is glistening!! Alex also referred me to a new, well respected and â trustworthyâ pool service at my request. It took me a long time to make my decision to have my pool repaired because I wanted it done correctly. I am sooooo happy that I chose Shell Seaâ s Pools & Spas!!! Thanks Alex and please thank your entire crew too!!

Our pool had visible cracks and was leaking so I got quotes from three different contractors. Alex was in the middle on price, but I felt comfortable with his approach and style. His crew works hard, and I think it shows in the workmanship of the final product. We were dealing with the extra challenge of poor weather throughout the length of the project, so it was impossible to have an accurate estimate of completion time. We have now restarted and there are no leaks and it looks great. He has even offered to clean our tile after the break-in period. Good people. I recommend.
