Alex Shell Sea Pool Company I have hired many contractors in the past and most are top 10, Alex Shell Sea Pool Company is #1. He sets the bar High. We had our 21 year old pool upgraded to mini pebble tech from 3M plaster. Alex is extremely personable and knowledgeable. His professionalism far exceeded our expectations. His company was on time on every aspect of our rebuild. Once we signed the contract Alex had is Demolition crew out here in 2 days. The crew showed up on time and completed the demo portion in One day as promised. The crew was so respectful of our property and whenever we had questions, they were so accommodating in answering all our inquiries. One week later the plaster and prep crew showed up. Again, on time and also so respectful of our property. My wife worked with them to position all our extra mosaic tiles from the smallest fish to the large turtles, and gave her the utmost respect. Next day the clean and polished crew opened up the pool. We are so satisfied

The pool came out great. Alex was reasonable and treated me fairly and the crews he used were a pleasure to deal with. Alex was also very available with any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend him.

I signed the contract for replastering my pool for $9,300 with Alex on April 4, 2025. All the contractors talked about the length of the project to be 2 – 3 weeks. The payment terms were 50% upon demo, and 50% upon completion. I left the time of completion empty, because naively I thought that they would be eager to complete the job. My ratings are: Price 5 star; Quality of work 5 star; scheduling of work 2 star. Average rating 4 star. Alex was eager to do the demo, because this triggers the first 50% payment. Demo was done on April 16, 2025. We also amended the contract to install new lights ($1,200) and replacement of Deck O Seal ($1,800). New contract price $12,300. My payment of $6,150 on April 16, 2025. The value of the Demo may be about $3,000. I therefore had now paid about $3,000 in advance. Waiting and waiting. Alex is texting: Out of town, mother in hospital and then two weeks later: death in family. Ok, I expressed understanding ---- full review on the attached jpg.

The work done was fast and efficient. The technician was very knowledgeable and the price was very competitive. I will highly recommend these people for any pool repairs or installation.

Pool looks beautiful, upgraded pool plumbing, poured new concrete walkway. Explained the process. Hard workers.

The team was great to work with. They finished during the designated timeframe.

Sales person,Alex,was personable and efficient. His sales call was fast and efficient with no “high pressure “. The work was started sooner than expected and finished sooner than promised. I shopped this job and the price war fair.

Alex was very thorough on explaining on everything that needed to be done.He also recommended to replace the filter that was leaking. We are glad that we did that.All his workers were very professional and worked as a team. Clean after themselves. We are very happy with our new pool. Thank you Alex
