Albert's Painting

They did finally show up today, 3/16, and completed everything we asked for and to our satisfaction. I am updating our review to detail that, and the quality of work is actually quite good, but they obviously need to seriously work on their scheduling and customer service processes. It should never have gotten to this point where I was stuck waiting for 4 months and a string of broken promises. It seems like my rating and review is the only thing that actually got them to take some accountability. Hopefully they will learn from the experience and I think they are even a decent company overall. My only advice is that, if you choose to hire them, do not make a final payment until the work is 100% done and to your satisfaction.

Hire this company! They painted my whole house. Took great care of our new floors, walked the job after completion, and cleaned everything up. They take a ton of pride in their work. They were on the job site the next morning after quote approval and ready to work. Albert communicated the entire time of where they were on the project. A from us.

Albert and his team were very polite and responsive to my requests and concerns. They made certain to leave the premises clean upon completion of the job. I did go to Home Advisor to find Albert's Painting. Albert made an appointment, looked at my project and gave me a reasonable bid. He noted the carpentry work that needed to be done on my home first and I agreed. I live in West University and my home was built in 1940. It had begun to look its age. Albert told me when they could begin, what steps he would take first and when he thought they would finish. Albert's Painting is a family business and that was nice. He and his crew were on time, considerate and smart about their work. Also they power washed my porches, patios, sidewalks and fence on the street side. It just feels cleaner. There was a lot of repair work and they did an excellent job, which made the paint look even better. My house looks beautiful and I am most grateful. Really the work they did gave me my house back.
