COVID measures were NOT taken. The analyst told me that COVID is just the flu. Talks too much and too loudly. Both are shown to spread the virus. Did not wear gloves or shoe coverings. Removed mask halfway through the process. The analyst is oblivious to how his actions are contributing to the virus spread. Stay away from this clueless company.

The test didn't seem comprehensive. It was very expensive and I'm still not sure why the outside mold test was needed. The analyst was responsive and timely.

I think I could have gotten this work done for less, there was some extra handheld testing which returned immediate results but those results weren't especially meaningful.
