In addition, large areas of the concrete floor were sawed & removed to replace main lines thus adding to the dust buildup. Throw in a couple of floods which left 12"-15" staining up the walls (thankfully no mold). Dust hung in the air and it felt heavy as you breathed every time you were in the basement. All had good product knowledge and executed good teamwork.
