Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. Their price was fair."

"Iâ m patting myself on the back for this awesome find. We had a great experience from start to finish. I called to get a quote and within 2 days Joe A came out to the house to take a look at the space and he a feel for what we wanted. He was super personable and knowledgeable which I appreciated. I was upfront in telling him we were quoting the project out to a total of 4 companies. We ultimately decided on Rebath and Iâ m so glad we did. Once we decided to go with them, Joe confirmed all the details, then Kevin the owner came to do a final inspection and confirm choices/colors prior to material order. He laid out exactly how the process would go and what to expect. On install day the dream team showed up! Phil and Matt came in and nailed it. They were awesome. They were hilarious, hard working and knew their stuff. Even made a point to come and ask my input on little details. Things they didnâ t have to do, just above and beyond for even asking. During the install Kevin came by to see how project was going. After the completion of the project Joe A came back in to see it and make sure I was happy. These guys are super professional, good guys that do really really good work. They acted like guests in my home, nice to my kids and now I have a beautiful bathroom and they did so by doing everything they said they would. I recommend these guys. Iâ m very pleased. Worth every penny and their prices are in line with the market on bathroom remodels but in my opinion, their service and craftsmanship is above and beyond."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"We had to regrade / correct settling on our front porch and back patio. Jorge and his team were extremely professional and super polite. What I loved about them is their eye for detail and also not get frustrated with their work. If it was meant to be completed they did it. No 50% work.. full 100% commitment. Pricing was very very reasonable and would recommend them to everyone. They will be back in the summer for power washing and sealing the patio/ porch!"

"We were very happy with DemoWorks. The price was fair, the work was good and the workers friendly. Initially, my husband and I hired DemoWorks to remove two small walls/doorframes and to drywall our front hall closet. This was no easy feat considering our house is 100 years old, has mostly plaster walls, and had an old exterior wall now acting as an interior wall in our home. We also wanted, what we thought were, two old, capped gas pipes removed from our living room wall. When Monfilio and Drake arrived to do our project, Monfilio immediately stated that he believed the gas pipes were actually old electrical boxes. At this point, we had several estimates from other companies on the cost of removing these gas pipes and, yet, Monfilio was literally the only person to suggest that he believed these capped pipes were actually electrical and when we opened up the wall, he was right too. Monfilio was always willing to offer advice and information about the construction of our house. You could tell he has a great passion for homes. There was a small misunderstanding and he was willing to fix it so that we were completely happy with the project. He even stayed late (unprompted) to make sure it was 100% complete before he left. Long-story short, we were so impressed with the work that they have done for us that we actually asked them to come back to remove a third doorframe, after our first project was completed. At this point, all of our projects have been completed and we are very happy with the results. It is also worth noting that all the employees that have worked with us on our projects have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely be hiring them to help us with other projects around our old home."

"Mr. Luke Grabowski is excellent in what he does, very knowledgeable in his construction and renovation and giving advice on special cabinets and materials. He knows his business , in my opinion he's the best in the business i don't really think they come any better with such a great experience and very reasonable in prices also. They showed up when they said, John had great Outside-The-Box ideas for layout design of a tricky kitchen, caught hidden structural issues and fixed them. Each day ended with a clean work space. "Titan did a full kitchen/mudroom remodel, which included new floors, cabinets, countertops, relocating appliances, and finishing work. Titan was responsive and professional. They handled surprises encountered in my old house well. The subcontractors (including plumbing, electrical, and flooring) were well chosen and did fine work. The kitchen and mudroom look great now, with lots of storage space and a more user-friendly arrangement."

"I would say this is more like 4.5 but better than a 4. We had some initial hiccups and a bunch of miscommunication and dropped balls with our initial Field Manager. I think he was simply overstretched and not able to dedicate the time to the size of our project. Matrix made it right though and got us a new Field Manager named Jim and things went all as smoothly as I could have hoped afterwards. There were still some issues but they were more just part of the process and making sure everything was done right by the end of the project. Jim was amazing and he was on top of things from the moment he took over and, most importantly, he always took ownership and made sure the job got done and that it got done right. Once Jim took over, I felt confident that everything was going to turn out right and the way we had hoped. Most of the contractors were also very friendly, helpful, and had attention to detail overall."
