"Apollo Express Roofing was the first to call. When they came to the house the first question was what problems are you having with your roof? After we talked, Greg went up on the roof and looked around, taking pictures of problem spots. He then showed me the pictures, pointed out problems from the prior installation, and where the roof had just worn out. Then he showed materials and products that he thought would best solve my problems. All quality Owens Corning products. He explained the purpose of each and the best way to install them. He was very punctual for each appointment. The roof was replaced in one twelve-hour day, with some follow-up work a day later. Greg was here to supervise the work both days. After the roof was finished and I had paid in full, I noticed a scratch on one of my windows. I tried Windex, but no help. I called Greg and told him about it. He stopped by that day to look at it and was able to get it out. The customer service was outstanding and to top it all off, his bid and final price was lower then the other bids I received. I highly recommend Apollo Express for your roofing needs."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"It was fantastic from the moment I contacted Greg. If only every business operated the way Greg operates his business! I contacted Greg through Angi after our roof began leaking during a rain. He was at our house the next morning and thoroughly explained our situation. Our previous roof was not installed properly and poor quality materials were used. We were looking at possibly replacing every piece of roof decking. He gave us worst and best case estimates explaining that he would not know which pieces of decking would be replaced until he uncovered each of them. We obtained another quote from another company and they told us every piece of decking would need to be replaced. The worst case Greg gave us was a bit higher but we chose Greg because he cared enough to explain everything to us and made us feel comfortable asking questions. My husband and I are not roofers or house builders! There is a lot we did not know about the process. When we picked the color of the shingles, Greg took the time to hold up many samples in front of our house. He helped us pick a great looking shingle after hearing our preferences. Rarely have I experienced such assistance at every point in a big project. It turned out there were a few pieces of decking that did not need to be replaced, that saved us money from the worst case estimate. The cost of using Apollo was in line with the other company. But I am certain the care and quality of work was much higher with Greg. We made the right choice going with Greg and Apollo. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were fantastic every step of the way and I am confident we have a roof made from quality materials and installed by experts who care."

"After some recent early winter storms, I reached out to HomeAdvisor and Gemini was quick to contact me and asses our roof issues. They were on the site within two days and although delayed briefly by additional snowfall which made it dangerous to work on the roof, they got out and got the problem areas addressed just in time to feel confident ahead of Christmas that we are in good shape until better weather arrives and can look at a potential replacement. They were very professional and communication with them was great."
