Mike was great. He arrived early, was amazingly thorough, and showed me that he really knows his stuff. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience. He had a very pleasant demeanor and really enjoys this line of work. I was very impressed. He even noticed that one window panel in a 4 panel window didn't have a tempered sticker - meaning it wasn't tempered. The builder was very surprised to learn that. Plus he took all the time to I needed explain things to me. I had my 37 page detailed report with pictures that evening. I would gladly recommend him.

Mike arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our home. We wanted this prior to the ending of our builder contract. He showed us exactly what was needed and explained in plain terms what we should tell the builder. Mike showed us issues needing correction that we would never have seen on our own. Mike did a very thorough inspection. After the inspection he walked me through what he found and explained it in a way I could understand. He could have easily overlooked some things because they met code but that were substandard building practices that he knew I would have problems with in the future. The report came quickly and was very detailed. The pictures were great to have so that I could refer to them in explaining the findings to the seller. In a nutshell it was a pleasant experience. Turnout of the report was very quick.

Mike, you responded quickly and courteously to the request for inspection. You listened to the history of the issues and drew your own conclusions after your inspection. Your report was issued in a timely manner, in fact sooner than expected. And fortunately, it rained all day so you could see if there were roof leaks.
