Everyone was so cheerful and helpful, despite having to examine and then re-do my crawlspace that had been invaded by raccoons. They were fast, efficient, and went above and beyond the normal customer service bar.

Carlos Escalera and Chistian were very friendly and respectful. They did a good job with some extra efforts. I didn't notice any problems or mess after they left.

They were extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company, which was a nightmare.

Did good work. Billy came out and found the plastic on the ground was pretty nasty with a couple of dead rodents and poop. A couple of ducts had been chewed up and there were two spots that they were getting in. Carlos and his helper came and replaced the plastic in the crawl space and the ducts too and also sealed up the holes in the vents. Airflow seems better and not so musty anymore. Impressed they got it done as quickly as they did with the crawlspace being so tight.

Advanced Recovery was here for a water leak that happened earlier this year. They came in, handled the job quickly and at a price that seemed appropriate. No water problems since.

We had a mold problem and some water damage in our basement Airbnb. The Advanced Recovery technician was very professional and did a great job. They were on time and the whole thing was done quickly without any problems. The owner personally made sure we got the work covered by our insurance. Highly recommend.

The timelime of the scope of the work was NOT adhered to, their employees damaged numerous things at my house including plumbing, a scrape of a vehicle, damage to my skirting, taking out a small retaining wall when work vehicle went through it. No one admitted to any of this, just seemed surprised that it was damaged while they were there! I wanted them to not complete job and just part ways, they were insistent even though I stated I was not paying ANY more money. The finished work was not done correctly and I had to have other qualified contractors come in at added expense to me to correctly finish and reduce the majority of their work. Now, they are threatening to put a lien against my home for the full amount, making no concession of the damage to my property and the stress of continually firing this company. I felt like I was being shaken down for money constantly. Do not hire this company, the so called contract written up should have been my first clue of the way This business Conducts themselves.

Advanced Recovery came and was super professional and helpful when we most needed it. We woke up to our pipe busted off and our entire apartment flooded, it was a nightmare! We tried to soak it up but knew we needed professionals. They came in and explained what they were doing the whole time and made the process much less stressful. I felt like I didn't need to worry because they took the time to make sure everything was properly dried out. I highly recommend Advanced Recovery!

ARC removed a stlinking dead possum from our crawl space. It was a tight crawl. They worked us in on th3enext day. The two men working the job respected our house. leaving it as clean as when they started. I am very satisfied and relieved.

First, They were able to fit us in quickly during col weather holiday season to restore much needed heating by replacing water filled ducking in craw space. They were both thorough and well mannered, We would highly recommend them to all comers.
