I was very impressed with their ability to work with me. I called them for mold removal in my garage and one project lead to another which they took care of. I was very appreciative.

They are also a fire and flood recovery company so you have to allow them to do your job when they can if they have an emergency job to do. They have excellent communication and upfront. They always call before they come. They came in and covered all my floors to protect them before they start work. They really took care of my property and home. They fixed my entire crawl space from racoon damage. They removed all the trash they took out of my crawl space. They did everything they said they were going to do and I'm very appreciative of them!

They took out the sheet rock and dried things out like they were supposed to but it's taken more then six weeks to get a reasonable estimate of reconstruction to my insurance adjuster! After stories and excuses, I terminated their service. In one day I've got people limed up to get the job done within 10 days. I will not say do not hire them but I will say to simply beware.

Front man comes into your house and promises great things - including that the insurance will cover this, "DON'T WORRY". They left these two huge machines in my home day after day WITHOUT anyone documenting they were there to check the progress. Finally I called to ask how much longer will I be like this and they came and took them out. My insurance didn't cover $700, but I'm still told, "DON'T WORRY". Currently I have a floor without any tile, my insurance has paid me the $200+ dollars (I had a 500 deductible) and they didn't check the rest of my house.
