Critters took up residence under the house. ruining the insulation. Advanced Recovery removed the insulation and vapor barrier, sprayed/installed a new vapor barrier and replaced the insulation. The workman kept us informed, even identified two plumbing issues that were corrected before the insulation was restored. They completed the job on schedule, within budget. I would recommend using this company.

The workers were respectful of my home and pets. Carlos also fixed my heat ducts and did a great job. I would definitely refer this company and use them in the future if their service is needed.

Pest odor in our crawl space led to clean up of 40 years of torn insulation, pest debris and dislodged heating vents. The foreman Billie Hakes came out and spent an hour crawling around under my house. He gave me an honest appraisal of what he found. He said he would treat my house like he did his own home and was sincere. He sent a very good crew of lads to do the work (pest cleanup and heating duct repair and updating) but would not take the last half of the money owed until he had gone down and inspected the work and fixed some things to his satisfaction. He also located and marked some plumbing leaks in the crawl space for plumbers. STELLAR FOLLOW THROUGH are the three words that I think best describes Billie Hakes. You can have confidence if Billie is overseeing the project.

We had a rat expire in our ducting. The smell was awful. I called Advanced Solutions and they were here within 24hrs . Billy was very knowledgeable and was very clear on what they needed to do and how they were going to go about getting the job done. Billy and Nick suited up and went under the house and started taking apart the ducting to find the critter. They found it, removed it and put everything back together within 1.5 hrs. Everything was clean and no mess. Smell is gone and I highly recommend Advanced Solutions. Thank you
