Our initial experience working with our Insurance Co. was a nite mare. Melissa stepped in and resolved every issue we encountered all with a level of professionalism rarely experienced today. She dealt with our frustration and lack of knowledge with understanding. Michael, Bryson and Elijahâ s professionalism in the removal of our vapor barrier, insulation and heating ducts was far above expectation. We were provided twice daily status reports, shown pictures of the progress and they arrived on time each day. All of the team we worked with from ARC took the mystery and apprehension out of this project. Thank you.
