Acustom Drywall

Christopher and crew took on a major project of repairing and restoring plaster in 4 rooms and a stairway/landing in a house built in 1907. Challenges were ceilings (ended up covering with drywall), cracks (great job of identifying and repairing and strengthening the plaster), walls with loads of paint and wallpaper that had separated from the plaster and an unexpected discovery of wall covering in the kitchen (black linoleum on the walls). They were flexible in absorbing additional work and built into their time schedule a final visit after the primer was applied to do a final skim coat on the plaster. The plaster looks beautiful! Christopher was very attentive to detail and meticulous in demanding excellent quality.

The work was outstanding and the repair looked good even before the paint. I thought about knocking off half a star on quality because he mudded the box so tightly that I had a little trouble assembling the fan motor to the box. Otherwise I am totally happy and should I need drywall work Christopher at Acustom Drywall is the man I'm calling. Great work at an excellent price. I'm not Jewish but shop like one. Thanks Chris!
