A+. Mike responded immediately, came quickly and fixed frozen pipes (after another local plumber gave up).

Mike is a hard working, honest fellow. He is dependable and prompt. He will answer any questions you may have. For sure if we need any service in the future we will call on him again.

Came out quickly, analyzed the problem fast, new pump installed and the job was completed in one day. Very satisfied. They will get the call if I need any future septic or plumbing work.

Mike originally was very reliable although you need to keep following up with him to get him to follow up. First call he wanted 700 dollars. I paid him 1000 cause I thought it was more fair. Second call 750, paid. Third call 1140 dollars. I paid for a tank leak. Tank still leaks. Now he won't return calls. Had to call another for another 1000.

They were prompt and reasonable, however, I felt the job wasn't completed as the pipe was not covered completely and they left small mounds of dirt in the yard. I discussed this with the owner and he promised to complete the job, but never did. He didn't respond to multiple times I tried to communicate with him, by phone and email.

Just like the other reviewers I was very pleased! Mike came the next day and solved the problem quickly. Was knowledgeable, honest and the cost was reasonable. In addition to that he was super helpful in answering all of my questions! I would highly recommend.
