Arrived on time. Was very customer oriented, very polite, Very nice young man explained what was going on explicitly. Would recommend him to everyone most definately. Very happy with his work. Treated me like he cared. I give him 100 for his service.

AV Tech did a wonderful job of installing my antenna which helped me be a â cord cutterâ He was fast and efficient. Iâ d like to see more formal business policies like itemized cost descriptions ie, antenna , supplies , hourly rate. I did get a price quote ( overall cost)

Marcos was a very good tech and I definitely would hire him again for any repairs. Very prompt and knew just what to do to fix my problems, and was very honest didn't try to sell me a new antenna, said my antenna will work just fine. thanks again.

I had an outdoor antenna to install at the top of my chimney (close to 25' up). Marcos came out soon after first making contact, and gave several options for completing the job. He gave a pretty thorough description, taking his time to explain everything quite well. I felt good about his honesty, work ethic, and no pressure approach, and chose to have him come back to do the job. When I had to reschedule he was understanding and we easily set a new date. There was a small misunderstanding about a part I was to buy before he came to so the job, but that was worked out. He completed the job quickly and stayed long enough to be sure I was getting the reception I expected. I'd hire him for other work if I had it.

Marcos wall mounts knowledge and skills didnt meet expectations. He excepted the job knowing my location and then didnt want to return to my place to fix the crappy work he did in my family room. He mounts the sound-bar incorrectly, making extra holes in the wall, then added hole filler that wasnt dry and got it all over my sound-bar. My sound-bar was barely mounted to the wall. When I asked when can he return to fix the work, he told me I was too far to come, and I would need to have more jobs to make it worth his time. Marcos even had the nerve to say I would need to pay for his gas. I would never recommend him or Angi List for having him as a contractor.

Marcos was wonderful, responsive, and respectful. He was able to come to my house the day I called him He is reasonably priced and fair. I would highly recommend him!
