Marcos is not solely a AV specialist but rather a virtuoso in his line of trade. He is no-nonsense, practical, efficient, diligent, attentive to detail, solution oriented, tidy and most vital of all, utmost know ledged. Jovial if need to, kind and surprisingly affordable, reasonable. I could go on and use all the superlatives for this chap but I could happily attest that this guy is unmatched in his profession and I have been involved in quite a many instances since we move a lot around the country. By the way, he was able to perform more than AV/TV installation as he surprised us by accomplishing other tasks in the house much better and more proficient than a handyman could do. We simply asked him if he could do such and so forth chores as well if he had the time and he said he could "squeeze it in" in which was pleasantly surprising to us as the end result was utmost satisfactory. In essence, hire this individual and you will not regret it. He is plain darn good!

two of 3 repairs done satisfactorily. repaired phone jack, did not properly work . Called and was told of problem indicated he would return next day to fix, did not return.

Replaced my old TV antenna with a new one and added an amplifier. I now get channels that I didn't receive before. Plus the new antenna is smaller than the original.

Technician assigned was on time and had all hardware needed to complete job in first try. Helped me program/learn the universal remote so it worked flawlessly with Samsung TV, Comcast DVR and Xbox device. Would definitely hire him again.

I am very happy with my experience. The gentleman I dealt with was very polite and very knowledgeable. I wanted to get away from using cable, and he was able to provide eqipment which is even better than cable, and has no monthly fee.
