Great customer service. Called the Saturday after Christmas and showed up at 6pm that night. They had my network, games and wireless printers up and running in under an hour. Very friendly and professional.

A/V Techs were prompt and efficient. They made sure we were happy with the installation before they left and followed up with a phone call to be sure everything was working properly and see if we had any questions. Very please with the installation of our new HDTV on a wall mount with a Soundbar.

AV-Tech's came in on time and gave us a very competitive quote to replace our TV antenna and explained the scope of the project thoroughly. They came the very next day with the new antenna and were pretty much done in just a little over an hour. Highly recommend this company to friends and family.

He was the BEST!!! I couldn't be happier with Lucio. He had an opening and he called and did it the next day and he took the sallelite dish down for me and tried to help with my computer. I've told everyone about him. GREAT JOB.

I had no problems with the technician at all. He was fast and friendly, The only problem is with home advisor. I contacted them for antenna installation and for some reason everything since has said for home theater including this survey and will not let me change it.

He did a great job and was absolutely phenomenal! He is extremely professional and helpful. He was very knowledgeable, walking us through the entire process, and accessibly available. His prices were very competitive and we have already referred him to a few people!

He did a good job with good timing and was not as expensive as other competitors. He took his time to explain and go over everything he was doing which we appreciated very much: If we had any questions he didn't mind going over them. His customer service is just great!
