"Like a lot of people, we work to much and recover on the weekend, so the idea of cleaning the house seems daunting. We did what most do, our first foray into hiring a maid service was Merry Maids. They did the regular routine of one deep clean and then every two weeks they do a maintenance clean with extra focus on a specific room. We thought this was adequate but we started noticing that there was a lot that was still dirty after they left. After pointing it out to them we realized that it had never been cleaned, even with the deep cleaning. It finally got to the point where they would not accommodate a weekend cleaning so we started a search for a new service. After a lot of researching and asking friends and coworkers, we finally narrowed our choices and asked for references. When we called Onilda's (Oni) references, we were please to find several clients that had her on retainer for more than 10 years. All of them had recommended her to their friends in turn. Oni's first clean was just that, a thorough, "I can't believe we had a cleaning service and Oni's first cleaning made it appear that our house had never been cleaned" cleaning. We were very impressed to say the least and she is such a great person that she puts a smile on our faces when she arrives. Oni was flexible and accommodates our schedule and the house has never looked better. I would recommend Oni to anyone looking to hire someone so passionate about the art of cleaning."

"The handyman, Paul, was punctual, professional and did quality work. He replaced the small section of my wood soffit that had water damage with new wood, painted it and caulked. He cleaned up the area when he was done. Paul also re-secured several of my window shutters that had loose screws. He spray painted the screw caps to match the color of my shutters."

"Rob was great!! I needed our HOA gutters cleaned out before the snow buried the fall leaves a 3rd time. He showed up when he said he would and provided us a quote and we hired him immediately. He started work a couple of days later and over the course of two days he removed and bagged all the leaves that were clogging our gutters. We have oak trees surrounding the homes so the gutters were heavily plugged. Rob came out over the course of two days, after the sun thawed out the morning frost and dug out the gutters by hand and contained everything in bags which kept the ground clean. He added a couple of hangers to one of the gutters were it was loose. He cleaned out all the gutters with a hose and ensured the downspouts were clear. I was very pleased with the service and the price. I would not hesitate to hire Rob again or recommend him. It's nice to have someone do what they say they would."

"Montes Roofing LLC did a fabulous job on my house. I had a hole in one roof and I called several roofing companies on a Saturday morning. Montes Roofing was the only company who offered to come out on the same day I called. Mr. Montes came out about two and a half hours after I called. He showed me pictures of the hole taken from his drone so I could see it for myself. He gave me a reasonable quote and told me how soon they could get started. They started when he said they would and they didnâ t waste time. I subsequently hired Montes Roofing to replace two other roofs and tuckpoint my house and replace siding. Throughout the roof replacements, siding and tuckpointing, Mr. Montes visited the site frequently while his crew was working and kept me informed on what was going on and whenever I called or texted him, he always returned my phone calls and responded to my text messages. The crew was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of every work day and when everything was finished, they made sure everything was cleared away or thrown out and I did not have to do any cleaning when they were done. During this time, I was able to work from home without any disturbances and several of my neighbors even commented on their professionalism and the quality of their work and requested contact information for Montes Roofing. After inspecting the chimmey, we found out we need some maintenance inside and around the chimmey also.
