They were very professional and provided the detail of thier process.

They did everything from installing new equipment to replacing tile and plaster and everything was done to perfection. They also provide weekly service. They have been reliable through all aspects.

I used Aquatech (Rafael Barreto) last year and they were an acquit company. This year has been a complete different story. Needed some repairs done to the pool equipment after the freeze. I sent text after text to find out how much the repairs would cost. I never got a quote only a bill for $250.00. The repairs were not up to standard. I called the builder of the pool and he advised that the repairs should have been around $200.00. Spoke with Rafael and he said he would come and take out there repairs and I could get the pool builder to repair the pipes. There were other issues but why drag the review out. Needless to say I am seeking another company to clean my pool.

His crew came out to our house TWICE during the big freeze! Helped us protect our equipment.

For a 1st time pool owner, Rafael & his crew are a blessing. Starting with familiarizing us with the workings of the pool to telling us about the doâ  s & donâ  tâ  s, they started off on the right note. Their crew is prompt & thorough with the weekly service. The icing on the cake was their proactive approach to winterizing the pool equipment during the recent Polar vortex and bringing things back to normal.....what I would classify as fantastic customer care & service.

No hassle, they were prompt and received great service.

Rafael did an excellent job . . . . competitive quotes/pricing and very efficient.
