This company deserves the 5* reviews they have. After struggling with another pool repair/maintenance company for a little over 3 years, I made the best decision when I called R-Tech to replace the other company. R-Tech has been able to repair the damages done by the other company, and has been keeping my pool, crystal clear, in tip top shape for the past 7 months now. They aim for the highest customer satisfaction, they’re not happy until the customer is happy. That’s been my experience so far. They’re honest and efficient. They quoted me one monthly maintenance fee, and that’s that, unlike my previous pool service. Most recently, I reported some of the jets were not working properly, Rick came in person, and made sure to get everything working like they should. The entire staff is amazing. They’re transparent, you get a weekly report after each service. Very easy to work with. Thank you R-Tech for taking away my pool stress!

The pool looks great overall, but if you zoom in on the mastic work around the coping and the spa edges, you?ll see it?s very sloppy. We were supposed to receive a warranty, but after making the final payment, we never received any paperwork or warranty information. The owner disappeared and ignored our messages for three weeks?we?re still trying to get in touch, but there?s been no response. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company for a remodel. I genuinely trusted them and chose them over three other quotes. One of the main reasons I went with them is that they?ve been cleaning my pool for the past year and a half and have done a good job with that. However, their remodel work is poor in several areas, and I truly regret my decision.
